Sunday night after the races and I am at the SpringHill Suites in Morgantown, WV with Team Manager Phil Alderton.  The SpringHill Suites is where the majority of the teams stayed for Mt. Morris.

Last night most of the team got together for dinner at Olive Garden and the relaxation was a welcome change from the WFO pace of the week.

The food was excellent and it was the first time I got to see Chad Sanner not have the throttle pegged.  Chad is quite the story teller and had the table in stitches with his impersonations of a childhood buddy.

Tomorrow morning I will be at the shop at 8 AM sharp with Phil Alderton.  Goal for the week is to have the mechanics putting in more humane hours as the pace up until now has been insane.   The good news is eleven10mods business has picked up with the advent of the race team but this increase has result on straining the organization to the limit.  It is an excellent problem to have and we all feel very fortunate to be in this situation but the reality is everyone needs to be able to throttle back below 100 percent this week.

We are focused on getting the race bikes done by Thursday plus meeting all customer obligations by week's end.
